Her winning ability to deliver on high KPIs using her own BDM game plan saw her achieve 333 new managements in a single year. Now she has turned her attention to mentoring and educating others to follow in her footsteps. She has recent on the ground experience and knowledge from performing highly in a national franchise and is able to help even the smallest of agencies implement large agency growth strategies. Her incredibly ability to cut through and develop large scale relationships, consistent referral partners including sales agents and overcome objections with ease is how she has been able to build strong and profitable portfolios.
