One of the most energetic, passionate and energy filled meetings that you can possibly imagine happened when our Co-Founder Shonleigh Draper crossed paths with Natalie South and they started discussing how pmXcite's innovative platform could be used to deliver a growth challenge to BDM's far and wide, and have them participate in an intense 6 week 'growth bootcamp'.
Natalie committed to mentor a group of passionate BDMs, teach them her growth game plan that saw her achieve over 330 new managements in a single year, and hold them accountable along the way to implement her winning strategies and monitor their individual and their agencies growth results, week to week.
Fast forward to April 2021 when the first 'Next Level Growth Challenge' launched and saw 35 BDMs achieve a whopping 152% growth in just the first 3 weeks of the challenge!
After delivering outstanding and tangible growth results for the first 3 dozen agencies involved, and with a waitlist growing out of control, we have now committed to running a further 3 NeXt Level Growth Challenges with Natalie in 2021.
